Zundo Ramen which opened in July 2012 is conveniently located in the centre of the CBD, at World Square.
Hiroki, the owner, carefully selected the most popular ramen from various ramen in Japan which he introduced to Sydney as Ramen Zundo.
There are 4 different types of ramen menu, ORIGINAL, BLACK with original mar oil made from garlic and onions, RED with original anchovy red paste, and MISO blend of four miso, using the tonkotsu broth which took him 5 years to get “just right”. Tonkotsu broth is made from pork bone which is a high-concentration soup that is made over 2 days on high heat over 8 hours. We make this our signature broth at the shop - every day.
Our homemade noodles are made from standard flour mixed with whole grain flour to make thin noodles for tonkotsu and chicken ramen.
